The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 29.10.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-31708-2025,whereby direction was issued to the respondent to take a final decision on the application filed by the petitioner. 2. Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of the above referred to order, affidavit dated 13.05.2026 has been filed on behalf of respondent along with order dated 22.04.2026 and the same is taken on record, copy whereof has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3. A perusal of the affidavit as well as speaking order dated 22.04.2026 shows that order dated 29.10.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-31708-2025 has already been complied with. 4. Accordingly, the contempt is purged. Rule is discharged. 5
