Learned counsel for the respondents-State has submitted that against the judgment dated 23.12.2025 which was passed by the Single Bench in bunch of petitions, LPA has been filed and the said LPA has been disposed of by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.05.2026, operative part of which is reproduced hereinbelow:- “6.
