Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 15.03.2022 arise out of appeal No.CRA-287-2019 dated 29.05.2019, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar (Annexure P-4) and all further proceedings arising out therefrom. 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise his plea before the First Appellate Court. It is further submitted that the petitioner-appellant is willing to pay such compensation amount as the Court may deem fit and to seek appropriate modification of the sentence accordingly. 3.
