(Oral) Petitioners namely Kanwar Pal, Sukhvindr Singh and Subhash Chand have filed the instant petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing of Cross-Case/GD No.18 dated 20.12.2024 under Sections 190, 191(3), 115, 351(2) of BNS, registered at Police Station Nigdhu, District Karnal, arising out of FIR No.272 dated 17.11.2024 under Sections 115, 118(1), 126, 190, 191(3), 351(2) of BNS. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to raise all the issues at the relevant stage of the trial. 3.
