Present petition has been filed praying for setting aside the impugned order dated 19.11.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana in CRA-14043 of 2024 arising out of the complaint No.NACT-514 of 2019 registered on 18.01.2019 whereby the petitioner has been directed to deposit an amount of Rs.87,50,000/- i.e. 20% of the compensation amount awarded by the learned trial Court in favour of the complainant while exercising its powers under Section 148- A of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (as amended upto date). 2.
