The instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 22.03.2001 (Annexure P-4), as before passing the said order, petitioner was neither given any notice nor any opportunity of hearing. Further seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents not to operate the impugned order and the petitioner be allowed to work as Junior Scale Stenographer as she has been promoted, vide order dated 30.08.2000 (Annexure P-3). 2.
