It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.144 dated 08.11.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(2), 336(3), 337, 338, 339, 340 & 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 20(1)(2), 23(b) of the Immigration & Foreigners Act 2025 and Section 12(b) of the Passport Act 1967, Police Station Majitha, District Amritsar. 2.
