Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 18.02.2026 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 18.02.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
