The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to pay compensation on account of amputation of her right shoulder joint and left upper forearm (100% disability) due to electrocution. 2. The petitioner on 30.07.2022 came in contact with high voltage current and suffered amputation of right shoulder joint and left upper forearm (100% disability). A complaint in this regard was lodged with Police Station. She is claiming compensation.
