Apparently, the order has been passed without issuing any show cause notice or affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the University, on instructions, submits that it has been decided to reconsider the issue of refixation of the petitioner’s pay and pass a fresh order after affording an opportunity of hearing to her.
