DAILY LOK ADALAT BENCH NO.5 2026:PHHC:083826-DB 501 CWP-2893-2004 (O&M) KAMLESH KUMAR V/S STATE OF HARYANA & ORS. Present: None for the petitioner. Mr. Jasvir Saini, AAG, Haryana. Mr. Anurag Jindal, SDO, PWD, Yamunanagar (Sadhaura) for respondent No.2. KEK When none caused representation on behalf of the petitioner, notice was issued to the petitioner as well as to respondent No.2. As per the office report, notice could not be served upon the appellant with the report that no such person is residing at the given address. On the other hand, learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the service of the petitioner was engaged through the contractor and whatever the amount due has already been paid to the petitioner and thereafter never remained in the service of the respondents. As counsel for the petitioner has not caused representation and that we do not have the benefit of assistance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, we feel that no fruitful purpose shall be served in keeping the petition pending on board at this stage.
