(Oral) 1, This Regular Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 17.03.2020, whereby the appeal filed by the respondents was allowed and the judgment of the learned Trial Court was set aside. The dispute involved in the suit pertains to partition of the suit property by the revenue official. The partition proceedings conducted by the revenue official were challenged by the plaintiffs by way of a suit for declaration. The learned Trial Court dismissed the suit holding that the Civil Court had no jurisdiction in view of the provisions of Section 158 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act.
