Present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.159 dated 25.05.2020, under Sections 15, 27-A and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 181 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, registered at Police Station Chandimandir, District Panchkula. 2. Succinctly the facts of the case are that the police party while on patrolling on 25.05.2020 received a secret information to the effect that Ram Kumar, who is a driver of truck bearing No.HP12D-2057, is coming from Gujarat with his loaded truck carrying poppy husk. If barricading is laid on the National Highway, he could be apprehended along with the contraband. On receiving the secret information, barricading is laid.
