(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 23.03.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, whereby, the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person, in case FIR no.0154 dated 26.06.2024, registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985 (Section 29 of the NDPS Act added later on), at Police Station Model Town, District Hoshiarpur. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the impugned order, whereby the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed person, is wholly illegal, arbitrary, and unsustainable in the eyes of law. Learned counsel has submitted that earlier the petitioner was granted the concession of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 27.01.2025 passed in CRM
