(ORAL) Prayer in the present civil revision petition is for issuance of direction to the learned Executing Court to decide the execution application bearing EXE-477 of 2025, titled as “Kamaljit Singh. vs. Jalandhar Improvement Trust” in a time bound manner. 2. Admittedly, certain land situated in District Jalandhar was acquired for the public purpose namely, for “170 acres Development Scheme” followed by award dated 29.04.2003. 3. Feeling dissatisfied, the petitioner filed reference petition challenging the said award dated 29.04.2003, however, the same was forwarded to the Tribunal and the learned Tribunal vide award dated 01.12.2012 partly allowed the references. Still aggrieved, the petitioner approached this Court by way of CWP-11257-2013 and the amount of compensation was further enhanced, the same was also upheld by the Hon’ble Apex Court as well. The
