Respondent no.5 has filed a short written statement, wherein there is a reference made to final seniority list (Annexure R-5/1) pertaining to Senior Assistants issued by the respondents. A perusal of the same would show that petitioner's name figures at Sr. No.3 in the said seniority list. 3.
