Perusal of the petition as well as the relief claimed shows that the primary grievance of petitioner is qua order dated 13.11.2024, Annexure P-27, passed by the DRT. Petitioner has sought a direction from this Court to respondents No.1 to review its own order. 2. Petitioner has been asked as to whether DRT has a power to review its order. The answer by the counsel for the petitioner is in the negative. 3. When confronted with the availability of an alternate remedy under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to the same. 4.
