Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though, the nomination papers filed by the petitioners were accepted, but the petitioners have been informed that they have withdrawn their nomination papers, which is incorrect as no such application has been moved by the petitioners seeking withdrawal of their nomination papers. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioners to file Election Petition in case need so arises after the conclusion of election process. 3.
