The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release full pension after re- fixation in the light of new pay scales w.e.f. 01.01.1996 and payment of approximately two and half years salary, computation of pension and other retiral dues of the father of the petitioner along with arrears w.e.f. the date of retirement i.e. 30.04.2015 upto date with penal interest on all the above due amounts @ 18% per annum. 2.
