None had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant since 03.02.2025, therefore, on the last date of hearing, Registry was directed to issue notice to the appellant as well as his counsel for the date fixed. 2. As per office report, notice issued to the appellant has been received back with the report that he has expired and learned counsel for the appellant has been informed through e-mail. 3. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. 4. In view of the above, this Court is now left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution. 5. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. 6.
