(Oral) At this stage, both the counsel for the appellant as well as the Insurance Company submit that amicable settlement has reached between the parties. The Insurance Company has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.6,00,000/-, over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal, on account of death of Mukesh, in a motor vehicular accident. Heard. Perusal of the impugned award reveals that Kali is mother of the deceased-Mukesh, who was 10 years old at the time of his death, in a motor vehicular accident.
