The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.345, dated 24.12.2025, under Sections 305(a) and 331(4) of BNS, 2023 (Sections 380 and 457 of IPC), registered at Police Station Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2. On 06.05.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- “Status report by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, filed in the Court, is taken on record. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. On the same date, two other FIRs came to be registered and in this case, named in the supplementary statement of complainant-Satnam Singh that he having allegedly committed theft of BBU cards of Samsung from towers of INDUS Company. There is nei
