The prayer in the present writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.2– the learned Financial Commissioner, Haryana, to take up and decide CM No.01 of 2025–2026 for restoration of ROR No.148 of 2016–2017 which was, dismissed in default vide order dated 04.12.2024 (Annexure P-9). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the present writ petition and accordingly he seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action with better particulars. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4. All pending application(s), if any
