As such, he does not wish to press the present petition; however, a limited prayer has, therefore, been made that the Executing Court may be directed to expedite the proceedings. 2. In view of this, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed; however, the Executing Court is requested to expedite the proceedings for execution of the award as well as the order dated 13.07.2012 passed by this Court in LPA No.947 of 2012.
