Prayer in this petition filed by the petitioner-wife is for transfer of the petition filed by respondent-husband under Sections 11 and 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 (for short ‘the Act’) bearing No. HMA/304/2025 titled ‘Shubham Sharma vs. Kajal Sharma’ (Annexure P-1) pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Panckula. 2.
