(Oral): This is first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the ‘Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023’. This petition pertains to a case arising out of FIR No.537 dated 10.10.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 351(3) [Sections 110 and 61(2) added later on] of ‘Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023’ , Police Station Sector-58, District Faridabad. 2. In nut-shell, the facts emerging from record are that the FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘Manish Tayal’, hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only.
