Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that against the judgment dated 14.11.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of which contempt is alleged, the respondent has filed two LPAs as two writ petitions were decided vide judgment dated 14.11.2025. It is submitted that in both the LPAs, Division Bench of this Court was pleased to issue notice of motion and also grant interim order in favour of the respondent herein. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to revive/file fresh contempt petition after the decision in the LPA-1220-2026 in case any cause survives. 3.
