The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail for the petitioner in FIR No.42 dated 19.04.2025, under Sections 109, 191(3) and 190 of BNS, 2023 and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Zira @ Sadar Zira, District Ferozepur. 2. On 15.01.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- “Learned counsel submits that it is a case of version and cross version. No injury has been attributed to the petitioner, however, the shot that was fired was on the leg of the complainant by co-accused. In the GD also, petitioner suffered injury at the hands of complainant which is dangerous to life. Co-accused Rupinder Singh and Jarmaljit Singh have been granted interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 06.11.2025. He is not involved in any other case. H
