The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing and setting aside of the impugned order dated 30.01.2026 (Annexure P-10) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Patiala, in Execution Petition No. EXE-53 of 2025, whereby the application seeking stay of execution proceedings was dismissed, as well as the impugned order dated 15.04.2026 (Annexure P-11) passed in the same execution proceedings, whereby the objections filed by the judgment-debtors were dismissed, being illegal, arbitrary and not sustainable in law. 2.
