136 INCOMP-1147-2026 JUBILANT FOODWORKS LTD. V/S SAMPURN SHARMA Present: None. *** 1. The aforesaid civil revision was filed on 05.02.2026 by Sh. Saurabh Gulia, Advocate. The Registry had raised certain objections on the case file on 06.02.2026. Thereafter, the case file was not taken back for re- filing after removal of objections. 2. As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be re- filed within a total period of 40 days. On failure, the case is to be listed before the Court for orders. 3. A note was published by the Registry in the cause list, whereby the Advocates were requested to collect their cases lying with objections. As per office report, message at registered mobile number of the Advocate/his Clerk was also sent, however, nobody has come forward. 4. The instant case is shown in the cause list for today i.e. 11.05.2026, however, no one is present. 5. Keeping in view the aforesaid factual matrix, no further order is required to be passed.
