Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.543 dated 11.09.2025, registered under Sections 305, 238(2), 318(2), 3(5) of BNS, at Police Station Old Industrial, District Panipat. 2. Vide order dated 13.05.2026, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 13.05.2026, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4. Status report by way of affidavit of Mr. Satish Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, HQ, Panipat has been filed on behalf of respondent-State in the Court today, same is taken on record. 5. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
