Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.306 dated 18.05.2025, registered under Sections 303(4), 3(5) of BNS, at Police Station Chandni Bagh, District Panipat. 2. Vide order dated 13.05.2026, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 13.05.2026, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4. Status report by way of affidavit of Mr. Suresh Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Traffic, Panipat has been filed on behalf of respondent-State in the Court today, same is taken on record. 5.
