This is the second petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.115 dated 07.03.2026 under Sections 110, 115, 190, 191(2), 296, 351(3) of BNS (Section 117(2) BNS added lateron), registered at Police Station Barwala, District Hisar. 2. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M No.19520-2026 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 01.05.2026 and on that date the case was argued at length and then on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, petition was dismissed as not pressed. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer even before completion of 01 month. 3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed, at this stage. ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) 29.0
