The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) 2023 (corresponding to Section 482 Cr.P.C) for quashing of FIR No.0094 dated 05.06.2019 registered under Section 325 of IPC (117(2) BNS), 323 of IPC (115(2) BNS), 34 of IPC (3(5) BNS) at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar Rural along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 24.02.2026 (Annexure P-3). 2. This Court vide order dated 20.04.2026 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuineness of the compromise. 3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, parties have appeared be
