State of Haryana and CRM-M-13239- 2026 titled as Baldev Kaur Vs. State of Haryana as both arise out of the same FIR. 2. The prayer in the present petitions under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 is for the grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.03 dated 30.01.2026 registered under Section 61(2) of BNS, 2023, Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act along with Sections 238, 316(5), 318, 336(3) and 340 of BNS, 2023 (subsequently added) at Police Station State Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau, District Panchkula. 3. For the sake of convenience, the facts have been taken from the Reply dated 11.05.2026 by way of affidavit of Vijay Kumar Nehra, DSP, P.S.
