The appeal filed by the State is CRA-D-198-DB-2008 in which the respondents-accused stand served, however, none has appeared on their behalf and Mr. Suraj Bhan Panchal has been appointed as legal aid counsel. 3. CRR-1988-2006 is also challenging the same acquittal by the complainant, but none is appearing. Since the State has already challenged the judgment of acquittal, there is no reason for this Court to continue the present criminal revision considering the fact that the complainant is not pursuing the present petition. 4.
