The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 (Section 438 Cr.P.C.) is for the grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.35 dated 10.02.2026 under Sections 21(b) of NDPS Act, (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on) registered at Police Station Division No.8, Jalandhar, Punjab. 2. The brief facts of the case are that Sonia and Raj Kaur were apprehended with of 150 grams of heroin. Sonia disclosed the name of Joga Singh (petitioner) husband of co-accused Raj Kaur, Shreya Gulati and Avadh Nagpal. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case on the basis of a disclosure statement of his co-accused without any corroborative evidence whatsoever.
