This is a petition filed under Section 528 BNSS for issuance of a direction to the official respondents to decide the Representation/ application dated Nil (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner to take action against the private respondents no. 5 to 7 and register an FIR against them under the relevant provisions of law. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation/application dated Nil (Annexure P-3), within a time bound manner. 3.
