This petition pertains to a case arising out of FIR No.89 dated 01.04.2026 for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 109, 115(2), 190 and 191(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 and Section 25 of Arms Act, Police Station Sohana, District SAS Nagar. 2.
