The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant regular bail to him in case FIR No.20, dated 29.01.2026 registered under Sections 109, 132, 221 of BNS and Section 27 of Arms Act, at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar, Punjab (Annexure P-1). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was arrested in case FIR No.10 dated 16.01.2026 under Sections 308(5), 125, 3(5) of BNS and Sections 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act, Police Station B-Division, Amritsar. It has been alleged that the petitioner was handcuffed by the police and while taking into other place, he allegedly snatched the weapon of a police official and during the scuffle, an accidental fire took place, as a result of which he suffered a
