Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the letter of appointment dated 10.04.2026 (Annexure P-11) issued by respondent No.4 to respondent No.5 – Amit Sharma, vide which he has been appointed on the post of Data Entry Operator, despite petitioner already being posted on the post of Data Entry Operator. Further prayer has been made for directing the respondents that during the pendency of the writ petition, petitioner may not be relieved from the post of Data Entry Operator. 2.
