This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR bearing No.480 dated 22.05.2017, registered under Section(s) 379 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Civil Lines, Gurugram alongwith all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2. Notice of motion in the present case was issued on 19.03.2018. Reply on behalf of the respondent-State by way of affidavit of Mr. Sumer Singh, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Udygo, Gurugram was filed on 08.05.2018, thereafter, the matter could not be taken up on various dates. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner when the matter was taken up on 28.08.2023 and the position remains unchanged today as well. 3.
