(ORAL) The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to release due salary to the petitioner, as he has not been paid any salary since September, 2025. 2. Learned State counsel has received instructions from Mr. Bijender Hooda, District Education Officer, Rewari, vide memo dated 07.05.2026, which is retained on the case as Annexure ‘A’. Referring to the same, he submits that due salary has been released to the petitioner on 06.05.2026, and he will now be regularly paid the monthly salary. 3. In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 4. Ordered accordingly.
