Ms. Himani Arora, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana. *** MANISHA BATRA, J (ORAL):- The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for quashing of order dated 02.02.2026 passed by the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Panchkula in case arising out of FIR No. 62 dated 23.02.2024 registered under Section 21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short, ‘NDPS Act’) at Police Station Sector-5, Panchkula, whereby his bail was cancelled and bonds were forfeited to the State. Non bailable warrants were ordered to be issued against him. Now the trial Court has passed order for warrants or arrest and the case is fixed for 16.05.2026. 2.
