Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.54 dated 07.06.2025 registered under Sections 109, 326(g), 324(4), 324(5), 221, 132, 333, 191(3), 190, 351(2) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station Bhindi Saidan, District Amritsar Rural. 2. Brief facts as per the prosecution case are that the petitioners along with other co-accused named in the FIR and 120-130 unknown persons pelted stones at the houses. The mob had also set some houses on fire. On receipt of information, the police party reached at the spot and found that both groups were indulging in pelting stones at each other.
