GREWAL, J (Oral): The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.0028, dated 05.03.2021, under Sections 324, 323 and 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Civil City, Batala, District Gurdaspur (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 04.11.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR is outcome of an unfortunate accident. It is submitted that the dispute between the parties has now been resolved and with the intervention of the respectables of the Society, the matter has indeed been compromised.
