The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.64 dated 18.04.2026 under Sections 115(2), 127(2), 190 and 191(3) of Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’) (Section 140(3) of BNS, 2023 added later on), registered at Police Station City-2 Abohar, District Fazilka. 2.
