Aggrieved by the order dated 23.02.2026 passed by learned Addional Sessions Judge, Hisar, the accused has come up before this Court. 2. The nature of order this Court proposes to pass, no noce is required to be issued to the respondents because this order will not prejudice them in any manner whatsoever and this Court would only be clarifying the legal posion. 3. Counsel for the peoners submits that despite not appearing on the dates as many as 36 mes, learned Addional Sessions Judge, Hisar without considering the said fact, allowed the applicaon. Further, the document which the complainant wants to prove was already within the knowledge of prosecuon, the concerned witness had already been examined and now it is just like to fill up the lacunae in the prosecuon case, which cannot be done. 4.
