Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 220/2025 dated 31.03.2025 registered at Police Station Paharganj for commission of offence under Section 281/125B, BNS 2023 (corresponding Sections 279/338 IPC) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The incident is of 29.03.2025 when respondent No.2 was going towards Karol Bagh on his bike. From the opposite side, one bike, which was being driven by a police official i.e. petitioner herein, came at a fast speed and, in a rash or negligent manner, which resulted in collision. Respondent No.2-Mr. Vijay Bahadur received grievous injuries on account of such accident. 3.
