The petitioner claims that Suraj Singh mortgaged his property and borrowed loan from respondent No. 2. He borrowed loan on 09.03.2013 and deposited Rs.2,50,481/- including interest towards full and final settlement on 11.04.2023. The petitioner was guarantor in the loan borrowed by Suraj Singh.
